White Fog crawled from the ashes of the ominous acts known as Howling Ruins and Totengeist. Phantom (Nick Boisjolie) had the idea is to create the most holy and haunting Black Metal as possible through this new entity. Queen of Shadows joined the band soon after. 

 

The idea of White Fog comes from a desolate hallway in the game "The Evil Within." The band is heavily inspired by Christian and gothic themes. As if Elizabeth Bathory herself is clawing at your throat...
